“Are you a church?”

It’s interesting when you look at the life of Jesus in the Bible and contrast it for what we see in what we call "church". We believe this is because much of it is built on a model of business(to gain), instead of family(to give).
When we look at His life we see Him doing life with people, mostly the 12, modeling for them how to be a child again and empowering them to do the same, first for their family, then for others. Our aim is to live a life that looks like His and empowering others to do the same. Others have said they see “church” as a vibrant family of Jesus where every home is a church and every building a training center on how to be family! Why home? Because that’s where families live “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. “ |
“So, what do you do?!”
We don’t do, we be.”

“We don’t do, we be.” An older brother in the Lord relayed this heart posture to us as we did life with his family.
We recognize that it’s not a sermon or a book alone that’s going to change lives. We recognize that people doing life together is what causes long lasting changes. And this is just like children who learn mostly from watching and listening. Children are literally watching God write a story in our lives as we live it. Jesus lived his life similarly. “ I only do what I see the father doing, and I only speak what I hear Him saying”. John 5:19, John 12:49 Jesus modeled what it looked like to become a son again and follow our Father. Our aim is to empower people to live a life based on God first and bringing that life to those around them. Fully present. “Here I am, Lord, ready for your service" "HINENI" |

Information alone doesn’t cause transformation, only life on life can”
How do we do life together?
Much of what we see in the world is designed to keep us separated from God and one another. We can’t look to the world to solve this issue. We walk together to accomplish His purposes. Only family can create family.
We believe more growth happens over a meal than through a message. Why is that? Because if our lives are in Him, our lives are His message. We’re on a journey of being His living Word together and bringing His Kingdom here to the Earth through His family. Our journey and process has taken many forms. It can look like phone calls, zoom calls, or our favorite, doing life together somehow. In 2022 we bought side by side houses, see our refuge homes! |
"You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart." |
What if I came from a broken home?

In all honesty, we understand this. No matter what your family background is, there’s a place for you in His family and Kingdom. Part of the beauty of how His Kingdom operates is that those who don’t have a good family background are actually better suited to learn Gods Kingdom! Why? Because part of learning starts when we realize we don’t have or know how to get what we really want and we need to learn. Sometimes those who come from good homes, or “rich in spirit” have a harder time learning and receiving His Kingdom.
So.. blessed are those who come from broken homes, if they acknowledge their need to learn, He is faithful to show them His ways and live in and from His Kingdom here. |
“God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.” Matthew 5:3
Are you with a church system?

We have many great relationships with those in Churches and support what they do. But the Lord has been very clear with us that our relationship with Him doesn’t need any crutches, He is enough and His grace is enough to change our hearts and those around us. Our goal is to show the simplicity of following Him. We aim to describe what’s happening, not prescribe a formula for success apart from relationship.
“And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling. My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.” |
